Exelero Capital Property Trust was born of a desire to fund exciting, quality property developments that will add value and complement the communities they are built in.
John Challita and Clemente Diana have combined 50 years of financial services experience in such disciplines as financial advice, business and investment advisory, compliance, and tax.
Clemente is currently a Responsible Manager of an Australian Financial Services License in Wealth management as well as a director of Exelero Pty Ltd, which is a Property Development business.
John runs a tax advisory practice as well as acting as CFO of Exelero Capital Pty Ltd.

Chief Investment Officer
Clemente Diana
Guiding the investment strategy of Exelero Capital, Clemente Diana assumes the role of Chief Investment Officer. Currently serving as a Responsible Manager of an AFSL, Clemente brings a wealth of experience to Exelero Capital.
At the forefront of Exelero Capital's investment decisions, Clemente combines financial acumen with a forward-thinking approach, identifying and capitalising on opportunities in property development. He navigates market trends, assessing risk and return to optimise Exelero Capital's investment portfolio.
In addition to managing traditional investment vehicles, Clemente explores innovative financial instruments and strategic partnerships to diversify Exelero Capital's investment portfolio and maximise returns. His dedication to ethical investing and sustainable practices reflects Exelero Capital's commitment to responsible property development.
Clemente holds an advanced diploma in financial planning and is a licensed real estate agent in NSW and QLD.

John Challita
Bringing a wealth of financial expertise, John Challita serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Exelero Capital, and responsible for the organisation's financial strategies.
John holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Accounting and is a Chartered Accountant. John oversees financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning, ensuring the fiscal health and sustainability of Exelero Capital's operations while navigating the complexities of property development financing, managing capital allocation, and optimising investment returns.
With a commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance, John employs his credentials to uphold the highest standards of financial governance, collaborating with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure the integrity of Exelero Capital's financial reporting and adherence to industry best practices.
Associate Director
George Giannes
With a wealth of experience, George Giannes serves as an Associate Director at Exelero Capital, contributing to the organisation's success across diverse areas of expertise.
Bringing extensive national experience in property investment and development in various areas, including consultancy, portfolio management, acquisition and disposal, investment strategy, finance, and the full property development lifecycle.
George holds a Master of Valuation and Property Development, Master of Construction Practice, and Master of Project Management. Professional accreditations include Licensed Real Estate Agent and Licensed Registered Builder.
His strategic insights and multifaceted knowledge are instrumental in driving Exelero Capital's success in the dynamic landscape of property development.
